Organizational teamwork was a course focused around learning how to word as a team. One of the main learnings was Tuckman’s model for the different stages a team goes through while working on a project. I created a poster to represent these stages for our final project. The pastel colors in the “forming” phase represents that everyone is on their best behavior when meeting the members of their team. Then in the “storming” phase, everyone becomes more vibrant in presenting their ideas. Once “norming” begins, all members of the team should be on the same page and have a monochromatic way of thinking. Finally, the “performing” stage comes. It’s hard to predict whether or not the project will go well, so the background is blank to represent the wide possibility of outcomes.
